What services do you offer?

We offer fine art printing and 3D printing.

How do I send over my art to be printed?

Please fill out the Contact Us page and we will contact you with further details on how to upload your art.

What file formats do you accept?

For fine art printing, all file formats should be at least 300 DPI in the following formats: .pse, .tiff, .pdf, .ai, or .svg.

For 3D printing, we accept the following files to scale: .fbx, .stl, .c4d, .obj

What is the turn around time for projects?

A typical timeframe is 3-5 business days. If you need something more immediate, please let us know ASAP.

What sizes do you print?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, please fill out the Contact Us page for options and pricing.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free pick up for prints at the studio. We offer free shipping in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

Please fill out the Contact Us page and we will contact you directly with shipping quotes in the U.S. and Internationally.

Do you offer mounting and framing?

At the moment, we do not offer mounting and framing. Stay tuned, we will be offering these services soon!

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts to students, artists, and nonprofits.

We love our regular clients. Clients that work with us frequently receive a special rate.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for purchases. However, if you encounter any issues with your print, we are happy to exchange it for a revised version.
